By using Couple Compass you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Couple Compass. If you're between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm a parent or guardian is aware of your use.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Don't use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Don't scrape, resell, or misuse the content we generate.

Itineraries, venue references, prices, hours, and drive times are informational only. Always verify details with the venue before you go. We're not responsible for the availability, quality, or safety of any third-party venue or activity.

The app, its design, and its content are owned by Couple Compass. You keep ownership of the personal details and notes you enter; you grant us the license needed to store, display, and process them so we can operate the service for you.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Couple Compass will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

You can stop using Couple Compass and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Connecticut.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
